We are please to announce the "Singapore My Home - Celebrating the Singapore Spirit" Photography Competition.

"Singapore My Home" is a nationwide photography competition which provides an opportunity for you to share, through your lenses, what Singapore is to you. It could be the skyscrapers in Shenton Way, heartlanders, a National Serviceman preparing to leave home for training, volunteers helping the needy, or people at work. Indeed, nothing could be more powerful than emotion-evoking images that remind us that Singapore is truly, Home.

The theme for Singapore My Home 2008 is ?Celebrating The Singapore Spirit?. Participants should capture images that bring to mind the qualities and values that make up the Singapore Spirit, such as Singaporeans? sense of community, cohesion, determination, confidence, creativity, versatility and compassion, amongst other Singaporean traits.

The winning and selected images will be exhibited at various locations between July and August 2008. They may also be showcased at National Day Parade 2008!
